Things to bring:
Please bring water
a journal, pen
a pillow and yoga mat in case you want to lay down during any of our meditations. I want you to be comfortable.
Also be mindful of what you wear. We will be applying essential oils onto the body. Loose and comfortable clothes are recommended.
Most importantly, bring an open heart and mind. Be ready and open to receive!
