Our very special Essence Sound Meditation is back and will take place outside at Fernridge Park, besides the tennis courts underneath beautiful trees. Space is limited!

Join John Odlum and David Ascenza for a treat to all the senses, combining medicinal essential oils and musical bliss throughout a guided meditation, set in nature!! Before the meditation begins, John and David will discuss the essences and various sound tools; Tibetan singing bowls, tinchas, and other artifacts chosen for the meditation. Afterward, several essences will be applied ( by you) followed by an hour of guided meditation and healing sounds and vibrations. There will be time afterward for sharing, discussion and questions.

Bring what you need to be comfortable. There will be no mats or props supplied. Also bring anything you might like to add to the crystal center grid to be blessed with energy.

Please note: masks are required to and from event. Masks are not required on your mat. Please adhere to social distancing of 6 feet. Class is limited in size

$35 Pre-Registration and payment required. NO walk-ins allowed. Event is weather permitting. We will reschedule in case of inclement weather. If you registered but cannot attend, please cancel 6 hours before time of event or you will forfeit your payment to the event.
