We are living in a time of information overload. The chaotic node is in full effect. So many narratives, pulling, tugging, pleading for our attention and devotion.
We can all see and feel that the narratives are trying to pull us apart from our own inner voice and from each other. It's well beyond time to take our power back.
We invite you to take some time to re-center yourselves, and to leave the outside narratives behind. We invite you to slow down and find your Heart, your Voice, your Truth.
Join John Odlum of Tru Elements and David Ascenza of Gaian Rhythms on a journey into the center of your Being.
We will be starting our journey lakeside basking in the energy of a massive ancient White Pine tree. We will be supported and witnessed by this beautiful tree and all the elements, as we state our intentions. John will then anoint you with essences and guide you to ground deep into the Heart matrix within the Earth. Here we will consciously release all external narratives, allowing space for our true selves to emerge.
To maintain this deep connection, the rest of the meditation will be done in sacred silence.
We will make our way to the labyrinth where David will be supporting your deepening journey with soothing vibrations from a myriad of sound tools.
Each step you take towards the center of the labyrinth is designed to take you closer to your center, your truth. It is your opportunity to be with yourself; to listen to yourself. Once you reach the center, you may choose to either speak aloud or write your intention down once more to again allow all the elements to witness and support who you are.
David and John will greet you at the center and will help integrate your journey with a crystal pyramid sound bath and anointing you with essences to support your journey.
As you make your way out of the Labyrinth, your intentions will come alive each step you take. You are bringing them out into the world from deep within yourself. Each step is sacred, each breath is sacred.
Once you exit the Labyrinth you have the opportunity to place an offering on the Tribute Tree. This tree is here to ground and integrate your intentions. The love that emanates from this tree is incredible!
